Personalize Your Service

  • Establish nicknames for your accounts and place them in the order you wish on your personalized Home page
  • Set alert options for bill payment, balances, events, items and personal reminders.
  • Update your mailing address and other contact information on your accounts

Deposits and Transactions

  • View current balance and up to 60 days of transaction history.
  • View images of cleared checks and deposit tickets.
  • View pending electronic transactions.
  • Access up to 18 months of e-statements and up to 120 days of established stop payments.
  • Transfer money between your accounts, with transfers initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.
  • Download account history into personal financial management software.1

Bill Payment

  • Same-day processing of bill payments when submitted before 1 p.m. EST.
  • Ability to use multiple checking accounts when paying bills.
  • View up to one year of payment history.
  • Free unlimited bill payments.2

Internal  and Client-to-Client Transfers

  • Make your Capital City Bank loan payments online, with payments initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.3
  • Transfer money between your accounts, with transfers initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.
  • Transfer money from your Capital City deposit accounts to another person’s Capital City accounts**.

Manage ATM or Debit Card Services

  • Immediately suspend or deactivate lost or stolen ATM or Debit cards.^

Loans

  • View current balances and up to 60 days of transaction history.
  • Draw available funds from your Line of Credit for immediate deposit into your Capital City checking account.
  • Make loan payments to Capital City Bank by transferring funds from your Capital City checking or savings account, with transfers initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.
