Personalize Your Service

  • Set “My Capital City Bank OnLine” as start page for a snapshot view of account information
  • Set alert options for bill payment, balances, events, items and personal reminders.
  • Customize sorting of information for easier reading.
  • Choose account view options.

Deposits and Transactions

  • View current balance and up to 60 days of transaction history.
  • View images of cleared checks and deposit tickets.
  • View pending electronic transactions
  • View up to 18 months of e-statements and up to 120 days of established stop payments.
  • Transfer money between your accounts, with transfers initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.
  • Download account history into personal financial management software.1

Bill Payment

  • Same day payment processing of bill payments when submitted before 1 p.m. EST.
  • Ability to use multiple checking accounts when paying bills.
  • View up to one year of payment history.
  • Free unlimited bill payments.2

Internal Transfers

  • Make your Capital City Bank loan payments online, with payments initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.
  • Transfer money between your accounts, with transfers initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.

Bank-to-Bank Transfers

  • Transfer money between your Capital City Bank personal checking and savings accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions*, with transfers initiated before 3 p.m. EST processed the same day.3

Cancel Lost/Stolen ATM or Debit Cards

  • Immediately cancel/lost or stolen ATM or Debit cards.

Loans

  • View current balances and up to 60 days of transaction history.
  • Draw available funds from your Line of Credit for immediate deposit into your Capital City checking account.
  • Make LOAN payments by transferring funds from your Capital City checking or savings account, with transfers initiated before 8 p.m. EST credited the same day.
