Bill Moor began his career at Capital City Bank in 1987 as a methods analyst. As Capital City Investments President, Bill implemented and manages the retail brokerage service provided by LPL Financial, located in Capital City Bank offices. In addition, Bill is the President of Capital City Trust Company and Capital City Strategic Wealth.
Bill graduated from the University of Florida and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Florida State University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and Leadership Florida and serves on the board for the Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority. Bill is past chair of the Economic Club of Florida and past chair of the Governor’s Club and the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. He is also past chair and currently serves on the executive committee for the Trust Division for the Florida Bankers Association. He serves on both the finance committee for Saint John's Episcopal Church and the board of Saint John’s Episcopal Church Foundation. Bill is a member of Capital Tiger Bay Club and the Tallahassee Exchange Club For LPL.

Ben came to the Capital City Trust Company in 2013 from a Fortune 500 firm where he held a business development position with a focus on client relationships. Prior to that, he served as a naval aviator and naval officer with multiple deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Anesta joined Capital City Trust Company in 2003 and has more than 20 years of trust and wealth management experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and is a 2001 graduate of the Florida Graduate Trust School, where she received the Tinsley-Wells Honor Graduate Award. She earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation in 2001 and the Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2006.

As controller, Erica contributes more than 18 years of varied accounting experience with industries ranging from banking to manufacturing. She began her career with Capital City Bank in 2008 and served until 2014 as the financial reporting and analysis manager responsible for internal and external financial analysis and SEC reporting.
In 1996, Erica graduated from Auburn University with a dual degree in Accountancy and Cooperate Education. In 2004, she earned her master’s in Business in Management from Troy University and is currently a candidate for the CPA designation.
Erica served on the Capital City Bank Tuition Assistance Plan Board for two years and is an active community volunteer with her local church and Junior Achievement of the Big Bend.

Dwayne joined Capital City Trust Company in 2005 and brings more than 10 years of experience in the areas of investment management oversight, plan design, policy development, performance measurement and attribution analysis. Throughout his career, Dwayne has served as an independent financial consultant, investment analyst, policy analyst and account executive for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. He also previously served as an investment analyst and policy analyst at the Florida State Board of Administration, a major public pension fund with $130 billion in assets.
Dwayne earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Institute. Dwayne is co-founder of Tallahassee 25 and a member of the State Advisory Group for Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
