16th Annual Star Summit

Capital City Bank Celebrates Top Sales and Service Leaders of 2022

Capital City Bank – a longstanding financial institution with over 125 years of community banking experience in Florida, Georgia and Alabama – recognized 29 of its best and brightest sales and service leaders at its 16th annual Star Summit event, held last night at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia.

The Company proudly acknowledged four bankers that were the pinnacle of sales and service performance in 2022, as winners of the distinguished Star Summit signature awards: Macon Business Banker Joel Ginaldi as Rain Maker, Tallahassee Central Underwriting Manager Daria Ibach as Mountain Mover, Valdosta Wealth Strategist with Capital City Strategic Wealth Nick Smith as Fire Starter and President of Citrus, Hernando and Pasco Counties Tyler Stapleton as Ripple Effect.

The Rain Maker recognizes an associate who sets themselves apart by consistently producing extraordinary results – they drive revenue, build relationships and have a proven track record of closing the deal.

The Mountain Mover recognizes one associate who consistently goes above and beyond to help clients, both internal and external. Never saying, “It’s not my job,” they move mountains for their clients and perform every task with a smile on their face.

The Fire Starter is presented to a relatively new associate who has risen to success quickly with tangible results.

The Ripple Effect is given to the top referrer – the associate who is always on the lookout for opportunities to deepen client relationships. They expertly translate client needs clues and make qualified connections with the areas of the Bank that provide solutions.

Additionally, the Bank paid special tribute to recently retired Chiefland Community Banking Executive Clif Bradley by presenting him the 2022 Compass Award in honor of his distinguished banking career and 45 years of service.
