Capital City Bank Raises $10,000 for Hurricane Idalia Relief


Hurricane Ida ReliefCapital City Bank rose to the aid of those affected by Hurricane Idalia in its hometown communities of Perry and Madison by initiating a relief campaign spanning its entire corporate footprint. Donations made by Capital City Associates through its “Together We are Strong” t-shirt fundraiser were combined with a 50% match by the Capital City Bank Group Foundation to provide total support of $10,000. Contributions were allocated among two local community-support organizations, including the Second Harvest of the Big Bend’s food bank for their distributions in Madison, Florida, and the Taylor County 4-H Foundation backpack program in Perry, Florida.
