Carefree Checking

Everyday Checking
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the monthly statement period (refer to “Daily Balance Information”on the periodic statement). Qualifying transaction types include PIN-based and signature-based everyday debit card purchases and recurring debit card payments; ATM transaction types are excluded. Qualifying debit card transactions will be counted during the statement period based on the date the transaction is made.

Performance Checking
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the monthly statement period (refer to “Daily Balance Information” on the periodic statement). Student Checking
Available to students ages 15-17 years as a joint ownership account with an adult parent, relative or guardian. At age 23, the student account will be changed to an appropriate personal account type; account holder will be notified.

The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the calendar month (refer to “Daily Balance Information” on the periodic statement). Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the calendar quarter. Collected balances below $200 do not earn interest. Everyday Savings accounts no longer meeting the e-statement requirement will be changed to a Basic Savings account; account holder will be notified.

Minor Savings*
Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the calendar quarter. When the minor reaches age 19, the Minor Savings Account will be changed to an appropriate savings account type. Account holder will be notified.

Basic Savings*
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the calendar month (refer to “Daily Balance Information” on the periodic statement). Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the calendar quarter. Collected balances below $500 do not earn interest.

Savings Club
Available to consumer clients who have, or agree to open, a Capital City Bank personal checking account. The balance of funds will be disbursed on the first business day of the distribution month you choose (February, May, August or November) by check or by transfer to a Capital City Bank checking or savings account as designated by the client. You may select only one distribution date each year and may request a different distribution date after the balance of funds has been disbursed. Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid annually on the last business day before your chosen distribution date.

Additional Savings & Investment Products

Money Market Account*
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the monthly statement period (refer to “Daily Balance Information” on the periodic statement). Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the statement period.

Premium Money Market Account*
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the monthly statement period (refer to “Daily Balance Information” on the periodic statement). Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the statement period. Accounts no longer meeting the $25,000 minimum daily balance requirement will be changed to a Money Market account; account holder will be notified.

Certificate of Deposit
Interest is compounded daily and paid monthly, quarterly or at maturity. Interest is not compounded for certificates of $250,000 or more. A penalty will be imposed for early withdrawal.

Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
Minimum deposit to open varies based on investment option chosen. There is a $25 fee to close an IRA.

Business Checking & Savings^

Coin and currency transactions include cash deposited and coin/currency orders.

Premium Business Checking
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the monthly statement period (refer to “Daily Balance Information”on the periodic statement). Items include checks paid, checks deposited and ACH debits and credits. Coin and currency transactions include cash deposited and coin/currency orders.

Commercial Business Checking
Items include checks paid, checks deposited and ACH debits and credits. Coin and currency transactions include cash deposited and coin/currency orders. The Uncollected Funds Charge is calculated using the JP Morgan Chase Prime (JPMCP) rate plus 3%, accrued daily on negative collected balances, and assessed on the last day of the statement period. This rate is subject to change without notice.

Business Checking Plus Interest
Sole Proprietor/Not-for-Profit
The Minimum Daily Balance is the lowest daily balance in the account during the monthly statement period (refer to “Daily Balance Information” on the periodic statement). Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the statement period. Items include checks paid, checks deposited and ACH debits and credits. Coin and currency transactions include cash deposited and coin/currency orders.

Commercial
Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid on the last day of the statement period.

IOLTA Checking Plus Interest
Interest is compounded daily on daily collected balances and paid monthly to the state Bar Foundation. Client is responsible for all fees associated with the account (as listed in the Other Services & Fees insert). Consult your financial advisor about your state’s requirements.

Savings and Money Market Accounts*
See reverse for disclosure information on savings and money market accounts. The names differ slightly for business accounts on monthly statements and are as follows: Everyday Savings for Business, Money Market Business and Premium Money Market Business. Most features and benefits offered are the same for personal and business accounts, though some may vary for Premium Money Market accounts.

Fees may reduce the earnings on interest-bearing checking, money market and savings accounts.

*Access to the account is subject to federal regulation, which provides for unlimited withdrawals through an ATM, by mail, messenger or in person, but limits other withdrawals or transfers (such as telephone, online or phone-in automated account system transfers, check, draft or debit card) to six per calendar month for savings accounts or per monthly statement period for money market accounts. Excess withdrawal or transfer fee is $10 per debit paid over the regulatory limit per calendar month or per monthly statement period. If there are continual monthly excess withdrawals or transfers, the account will be changed to a non-interest bearing status.

^Upon prior notification, check casher and money service business accounts may be subject to an on-boarding fee and monthly monitoring fee. On-boarding fees not paid at account opening and subsequent monthly monitoring fees will be applied retroactively to the date check casher/money service business activity is first detected.
