John Yeater named Vice President in Cumming, Georgia


Capital City Bank announces John Yeater, commercial real estate lender at its 2450 Atlanta Highway loan production office in Cumming, has been promoted to vice president. Yeater, who joined Capital City Bank in June, provides guidance and expertise on an array of commercial and business lending solutions.

Yeater brings over 30 years of prior banking experience in various capacities, with a primary focus in construction lending to builders and developers. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Yeater actively engages in community service and volunteer work. In the past, he dedicated his time and efforts to Special Olympics Georgia, supporting and contributing year-round. Additionally, he served as a moneywise ministry leader at North Point Community Church for six years, where he not only provided guidance but also mentored a team of 10 other dedicated volunteers.
