Getting Started
Open a personal checking account with Capital City Bank and sign up for online and mobile banking. Log in to Capital City Bank Online Banking or the CCBMobile app, select Move Money > Send Money with Zelle® from the main menu, complete enrollment and send or request your first payment. Keep track of the payments you send and request by going to Move Money > Send Money with Zelle® and choosing “Activity.”
 



































Need to pay the sitter or your share of a group gift? Send money now with Zelle®:

  • Log into your Capital City Bank Online Banking service or the CCBMobile app
  • From the menu, click or tap Move Money > Send Money with Zelle® and select “Send Money”
  • Add or select your Recipient by following the on-screen prompts
  • Enter the amount you wish to send, select your account to pay from and click or tap “Review”
  • Include an optional “What’s this for?” note and tap “Send"



































Enroll your U.S. mobile number or e-mail address, and the money will be sent directly into your Capital City Bank account. You’ll receive the money in minutes1.

  • Log into your Capital City Bank Online Banking service or the CCBMobile app
  • From the menu, click or tap Move Money > Send Money with Zelle® and follow the prompts to complete enrollment
  • Once enrolled in Zelle®, go to “Zelle Settings” and follow the instructions
  • Check your text messages or e-mail for a one-time code, so we can verify it’s you
  • The next time someone sends you money with Zelle®, it will be available in your account within minutes1



































Let someone know how much they owe you2 and receive their payment via Zelle®:

  • Log into your Capital City Bank Online Banking service or the CCBMobile app
  • From the menu, click or tap Move Money > Send Money with Zelle® and select “Request Money”
  • Add or select your Recipient by following the on-screen prompts
  • Enter the amount owed to you and click or tap “Review”
  • Include an optional “What’s this for?” note and tap “Request"







































































1U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled consumers typically occur in minutes and generally do not incur transaction fees.

2In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®.
